Annette Swanson has been promoted to Client Concierge Manager. In her new role, she will be managing the team that is responsible for the overall satisfaction of clients from the time a system is ordered, through the implementation process and the on-going support. The Client Services team is charged with taking care of whatever the client needs, or to connect them with the most appropriate party who is capable of fulfilling the request.
