Gregg Executive Leadership

Tom Rickert – CEO

Tom Rickert has served as CEO since January 1, 2005. Mr. Rickert began his career with Gregg Communications as an Account Executive in 1975. He became a shareholder and was elected to the Board of Directors in 1992. Mr. Rickert received a B.A. from North Central College.

Dave LeTourneau – CIO

Dave LeTourneau has served as CIO of Gregg Communications since January of 2011. Previously, he was named Vice President of Gregg Communications on January 1, 2005. He joined Gregg Communications in March of 1982 as an Account Executive and became a shareholder in 1992. He was elected to the Board of Directors on January 1, 2005. He received a B.S. from Eastern Illinois University.

Karen Drinkard – COO

After having served as CFO of Gregg Communications since September of 2002, Ms. Drinkard was promoted to COO in January of 2011. She received her degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and is a CPA in the State of Illinois.

Janet Mackin – Office Manager

Ms. Mackin has served as Office Manager at Gregg Communications since June of 1978. She began her career with Gregg in June of 1969 and was elected to the Board of Directors on January 1, 2005. She received an Associate’s Degree from Morton College.

Wayne Heider – Director of Technology

Mr. Heider joined Gregg Communications as a technician in April of 1999. He became Manager of the Technical Service department in January of 2001 and was named Director of Technology in January of 2011. He holds numerous technical certifications.

Mary Dine – Senior Project Manager

Ms. Dine joined Gregg Communications as a Project Manager in September of 1998. Formerly, she had supported Gregg Communications as the Regional Manager for Comdial. She was promoted to Senior Project Manager in July of 2007. Ms. Dine graduated from Bradley University with a degree in Marketing.
