deadline? You're working frantically to complete the
assignment, but you're waiting for that one call with
the
additional information you need, and no other call is
more important than the work you're doing.

VCM to the rescue!
When there is an incoming call for your extension, VCM
will pop up a screen on your PC informing you that a
call is there. With Caller ID, VCM already will know
the caller's phone number and will display it on the
pop-up screen before you answer the phone. If the
Caller ID information is not available, VCM can also
automatically prompt callers to enter their telephone
number or speak their name so that you know who is
calling before you decide to take the call.
Once you know who is calling, you choose whether to
take the call, have voice mail take a message, transfer
the call to person of your choosing, or you may select
one of 10 pre-recorded greetings to play to that caller.
You can even choose to queue the caller.
Once you answer the call, you can have VCM record the conversation
in your mailbox so that you can focus on the information being
discussed instead of concentrating on writing notes.
With VCM you can be assured of getting to those important
calls while having the flexibility of not being interrupted
by calls you determine are not as important as the project
on which you're working.
